The Joint Director of the National
Budget and Aid Coordination Division, Lam Dorji, and
Dr. Micheal Vinding, Counsellor, Resident Coordinator
of Danida, signed an agreement to support to the Judiciary
Phase II.
The Danish government’s grant of Nu.8.00
million will be used for capacity building and the procurement
of office and computer equipment over a 21 month project
period.
Under phase I, support to the judiciary
ended in January this year, the Danish government had
contributed Nu. 8.875 million for in-service training
of bench clerks, computers and office equipment.
