HRH Namgayal Wangchuk, Home Minister,
awarded scarves to one senior and ten junior Thrimrabs
at Tashichhodzong on April 21, 1986,
Piror to receiving the scarves the
eleven Thrimrabs underwent three months of basic training
on judicial functions and administrative system in
the High Court, Thimphu.
Newly recruited Thrimrabs from various
Government branches will be posted to various district
courts in the country.
